Restaurant Sunlight Grill

Sometimes it's ok not to have a protein drink for breakfast. (Trust me I hace then 6 days a week.) But there are days like today in which all you want is something sweet and salty. High protein and also zone carbs. Don't get je wrong I am no fitness guru or expert but I do live to eat a variety of food.
