creamy rice and chicken for dinner

1 family pack of drumsticks

3 cans cream of chicken soup

1 chopped red, yellow, & orange peppers

1 32oz container of chicken broth

biscuits

cauliflower : in a separate pot while the chicken is baking, I had cauliflower and some of the chopped red, yellow and orange peppers with enough chicken broth to cover the bottom of the pan and let the cauliflower steam I seasoned the cauliflower with the McCormick veggie seasoning, black pepper, and a little bit of garlic.

Rice

after cleaning my chicken I place it into a large metal pan and season with season all, adobo, salt free tony’s, garlic powder, & black pepper.

In a large skillet I pan fry my chicken in butter, to get the skin crispy, then I place in a baking dish and cover with the cream of chicken soup, enough broth to cover the bottom of the baking dish, and peppers, cover with foil and let bake for until chicken is cooked all the way through.

when it’s finished I add a little cornstarch, slurry to thicken up the soup to a gravy consistency.

Cook your rice per the instructions on the box personally, I use chicken broth and a little bit of water to do my rice with for flavor.
