Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper and potato starch.

2. Slice paprika and onion thinly. Slice the chili pepper.

3. Heat the Nanban vinegar in the microwave, add the vegetables and mix.

4, Fry the chicken and soak it in sweet vinegar while it is hot. Let the taste blend in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to overnight.
