[How to make]
① Melt 15g of butter in a pan, turn off the heat, add cake flour, and mix until it is no longer powdery
② Add milk, fresh cream, salt and pepper and mix over medium heat → low heat until thickened to make white sauce
③ Finely chop the onion and garlic
④ Put olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and fry until fragrant
