Ribeye Steak Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
* 1 ribeye steak (12-16 oz)
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Pat the ribeye dry with paper towels.
2. Rub both sides with olive oil, Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot.
4. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time as desired.
5. Add butter during the last minute and spoon it over the steak.
6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Cheddar Broccoli
Ingredients
* 3 cups broccoli florets
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1/2 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
* 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
* 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
1. Steam broccoli until fork tender, about 5-6 minutes.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add broccoli and season with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning.
4. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the broccoli.
6. Cover for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and gooey.

Crispy Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients
* 4 medium russet potatoes, diced
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Place diced potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add potatoes in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes.
4. Season with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
5. Continue cooking for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
6. Add butter during the last 2 minutes of cooking and toss well.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
