I made this crispy chicken Caesar croissant sandwich when I wanted something that felt a little indulgent but still easy to throw together at home. The flaky buttery croissant, crispy fried chicken, creamy Caesar salad, and parmesan all work so good together, and the fries on the side make it feel like a full lunch or dinner.

What makes this sandwich so good is the texture. You get the crunch from the fried chicken, the cool creamy Caesar salad, and the soft flaky croissant all in one bite. I also like adding parmesan on top for extra flavor and a little restaurant-style finish.
