I found the perfect "lazy" high-protein lunch that actually keeps me full. I’ve been seeing these Taylor Farms kits everywhere and had to see if the "power" version was worth it.
The Breakdown:
• Taylor Farms Caesar Power Kit ($4.99): I was a little nervous about the "protein" Caesar dressing having a weird chalky texture, but it’s actually super creamy! It’s thick, coats the greens perfectly, and honestly tastes just like the classic version but with 21g of protein per container. 10/10.
• Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Bites ($11.99): These are a staple in our house for a reason. They taste exactly like chick fil a nuggets! They’re super juicy on the inside and not too much breading.
Total Cost: ~$17 for multiple servings! 💸
How I make it:
I air fry the chicken bites for about 10-12 minutes so they get extra crispy, then toss them directly into the salad. The heat from the chicken slightly wilts the romaine and makes the whole thing feel like a luxury cafe meal.
