Here’s the recipe:

2. Coat chicken in flour, dip in the egg, and press firmly into the breadcrumbs.

3. Get 1/2 inch of oil shimmering in a pan over medium-high heat.

4. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

5. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon and side of homemade salad!
