After years of working in front of the computer, shoulder pain, back pain, and numbness in the hands from Office Syndrome, becoming close friends who didn't want to be with each other, but were together for a long time until one day decided, "That's enough! It's time to start taking your body seriously."

And this is the beginning of the first try on Pilates at Soulfit Reigda. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

As soon as they walked in, the studio atmosphere was clean, warm, calmly introduced by the teacher, and gradually taught them the Reformer machine and basic postures that emphasized slow movement, controlled breathing, and flexed their muscles.

At first I felt as stiff as a piece of wood, but when I followed the rhythm, I began to realize that many muscles that I had never used were waking up 🌀 despite the perspiration, but the body felt unspeakably comfortable.

After class, the shoulders and backs were loosened more than they thought, as the body had "reorganized" to stand, walk, and sit better.
