2026年の中国カヤックマラソンオープンに参加することで、私はカヤック競技の新たな魅力と可能性を実感しました。この大会のコースは18km＋3.4kmの複合距離で、水路はとても広く、流れが滑らかであるため、初心者でも挑戦しやすい環境です。何より、水が非常に澄んでおり、両岸の都市景観と生態系が美しく調和しているのが印象的でした。 私自身、持久力の限界に挑戦するために、事前に継続的なトレーニングを積みました。特に長距離のパドリングでは、一瞬の気の緩みが後半の体力消耗につながるため、集中力が重要です。大会当日は爽やかな風と心地よい水の感触が精神的な支えとなり、最後まで意志を強く保つことができました。 また、レース中は周囲の自然と都市の共存を感じながら漕ぐことで、単なるスポーツとしてのカヤック以上の価値を体感しました。参加者同士の励まし合いや地元スタッフの温かいサポートも、大会を成功に導く大きな要素です。この体験は、カヤック競技の楽しさと自然環境保護の重要性を改めて認識させてくれました。 カヤックマラソンに参加を検討している方には、まずは基礎体力作りと地元の水路での練習をおすすめします。そして、いざ大会に参加するときは、コースの景観や自然環境にも目を向け、ただの競技ではない豊かな体験として味わってみてください。
