Three Layer Slide Fry Fish Juice
🥓 raw materials
* Slide pork belly 500g
* 2 tablespoons fish sauce
* 1 teaspoon sugar (Salted cut)
* 1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
* 2 tablespoons crispy fried dough (not put, but will help crisp up)
* Oil for frying
🍳 How to do
1. Marinate the pork belly with fish sauce, sugar and pepper. Mix it all over.
2.Marinate, leave for 15-30 minutes.
3. Put the crispy fried dough into a thin mix (this step helps to crisp the outside)
4. Set the pan to add oil. Use central light.
5. When the oil is hot, put the pork in one piece at a time. Don't stick together.
6. Fry until crispy yellow. Flip back and forth to ripen all over.
7. Scoop up and rest for oil.
