Easy sugar cookies only 5 ingredients!

Craving something sweet? Crumb and get these Easy 5 Ingredient Sugar Cookies!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp

1/3 cup sugar + more for rolling

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 cup AP flour

Sprinkles

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325° F and line baking sheet with parchment paper

Beat together butter and sugar until combined

Stir in vanilla extract

Add flour and mix well

Scoop and form dough into 1" balls

Roll the balls in sugar and place on prepared baking sheet

Press each ball to flatten and top with colorful sprinkles, pressing lightly so they stay

Bake about 13 minutes, until just slightly golden around the edges

Let cool on baking sheet about 10 minutes
