Celebrate National S’mores Day with this delicious ice cream cake…tastes so good you’ll be asking for s’more!

S’mores Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 Tbsp butter, melted

Marshmallow fluff

1 pint chocolate ice cream

Mini marshmallows

Graham cracker pieces

Chocolate pieces

Fudge sauce

Instructions:

Prepare loaf pan with parchment paper

Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter

Press into the bottom of the loaf pan

Drizzle with marshmallow fluff

Layer with chocolate ice cream

Top with mini marshmallows, graham cracker and chocolate pieces

Freeze until ready to serve

Drizzle with fudge sauce

Enjoy!💋
