Week 5 of Working out 4x a week
I started January 2024 at 200 pounds I am now at 170. My routine was just getting my body moving I would workout 2-3 times a week. That helped me lose weight but not get the results I wanted. Now I am dedicating myself to lifting weights to get the body i desire. I am challenging myself to 8 weeks of working out 4 times a week something that has been so hard for me to do in the past.
