Anyone who comes to Hong Kong and does not stop by, this shop is considered very missed! One Dim Sum (Zhongxin) Michelin-style dim sum shop with a cute price to the heart. The taste is an authentic source. Important queuing is not long.

• Steamed Prawn Dumplings: Clear thin powder. The shrimp inside is a bounce against the teeth. The big one is very satisfying.
• Steamed Pork Dumplings with Shrimp: Topped with Shrimp Eggs, Mellow Flavor, No Dip, It's Delicious
• Boobies steamed pork ribs: soft, melted pork meat with a little greasy chilli, steamed very hot.
• Secret menu (that forget to take pictures but don't miss): Kale, clam oil 🥬, let me say, very cool, crispy vegetables, fresh, beautiful green, topped with concentrated clam oil. Eat with dim sum is the best! (Unfortunately, eat and enjoy until forget to take pictures to show off)
💰 Value:
Most prices are around $21 - $44 HKD per basket. It is considered very cheap compared to the Michelin quality. Fast serve food. The service staff is okay according to the Hong Kong store style.

นอกจากเมนูติ่มซำยอดนิยมที่ One Dim Sum อย่างฮะเก๋าและขนมจีบกุ้งผสมหมูที่ได้รสกลมกล่อมแล้ว ผมยังได้ลองสั่งซี่โครงหมูนึ่งเต้าซี่ที่เนื้อนุ่มละลายในปาก ราดด้วยน้ำจิ้มเต้าซี่สูตรเด็ดที่เพิ่มความจัดจ้านด้วยพริกนิดๆ ถือเป็นเมนูที่แนะนำถ้าอยากสัมผัสรสชาติฮ่องกงแท้ๆ นอกจากนี้ เมนูลับอย่างคะน้าน้ำมันหอยก็ต้องไม่พลาด เพราะมันช่วยตัดเลี่ยนกับติ่มซำได้เป็นอย่างดี อร่อยจนลืมถ่ายรูปเลยจริงๆ ครั้งนี้ผมเดินทางมาง่ายมากโดยใช้ MTR สถานี Tsim Sha Tsui ทางออก A2 ซึ่งอยู่ใกล้ร้านแบบเดินไม่เกิน 5 นาที ร้านเปิดตั้งแต่เช้าตรู่ 09:30 น. จนถึงเที่ยงคืนใครหิวดึกก็แวะมาได้เสมอ บรรยากาศร้านเป็นกันเองและพนักงานบริการรวดเร็วตามแบบฉบับฮ่องกงที่ชำนาญ ทั้งนี้ราคาติ่มซำต่อเข่งอยู่ในช่วง 21-44 HKD ซึ่งถือว่าคุ้มค่ามากสำหรับรสชาติมิชลินและคุณภาพอาหารระดับนี้ นอกจากเมนูที่ผมสั่งแล้ว ที่ร้านยังมีติ่มซำหลากหลายชนิด เช่น ซาลาเปานึ่ง ไส้หมูแดงอบน้ำผึ้ง และก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลอดผักสด สำหรับคนที่อยากซึมซับบรรยากาศท้องถิ่นและชิมติ่มซำแท้ๆ โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายแพง One Dim Sum คือคำตอบที่ดีมากๆ แนะนำว่าควรไปช่วงเวลาหลังเปิดร้านเช้า หรือก่อนเย็น เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงช่วงคนเยอะและรอคิวนาน สรุปว่ามื้อที่ One Dim Sum มอบประสบการณ์อร่อยครบเครื่องที่คุ้มค่าทั้งราคาและรสชาติ เหมาะกับคนรักติ่มซำทุกคนแน่นอนครับ!
