表情筋トレーニングを始めると「笑顔が怖い」と感じる人は少なくありません。これは筋肉を鍛えるだけで表情の癖を見直していないから起こる現象です。私自身もブルドッグ顔が気になってトレーニングを始めましたが 、単に筋肉を強く動かすだけでなく、普段の表情癖を緩めることが大切だと感じています。 例えば、犬歯の上からこめかみに向かって斜め45度に頬の高い部分を意識して柔らかく筋肉を動かすことで、不自然な力みを防ぎます。顎や鼻周辺に力が入りすぎるとうまくいかず、笑顔が引きつりやすいため、「ふわぁ～っと」やわらかく動かすのがコツです。 また、筋肉痛を感じるほど激しく鍛える必要はありません。適度に動かして表情の癖を整えることが結果的に品のある優しい笑顔に繋がります。私の経験では、こうしたメソッドは顔の印象を穏やかにし、眼瞼下垂などのメイクでごまかしたい悩みも軽減しました。 笑顔に重要なのは目の奥から笑っている感覚を作ること。トレーニングと合わせて自分の表情癖を意識的に緩める習慣をつけると、自然で気持ちの良い笑顔が増えます。皆さんもぜひトレーニングに加え、日常の表情癖を見直してもっと魅力的な笑顔を目指してください！
