Eight hours of sleep but waking up tired, wonder?..Are you really asleep? 🛏️

Have you ever slept for eight hours, went to bed early, fell asleep, didn't wake up, but woke up...Back tired like not resting. 🥲

We've been like this for so long that we thought, "It's just our bodies.".."Deep sleep" and "deep sleep" are different things.

Deep sleep = We don't realize we're awake.

Deep sleep = the body has really repaired itself.

The problem is that some nights we sleep well, but the body does not go into deep rest because we are "sick" all night that we do not know. 😴

And then the quiet one I found was → temperature.

Our bodies have to gradually lower their temperature to get into deep sleep, but if the pillow collects heat all night, our heads are warm, the body is always "gently awake" without feeling = full sleep but not actually resting.

When you understand this point, try switching to ErgoLab Deep Sleep (a friend suggested). The obvious things are:

✨ It's not hot, it's not warm in the middle of the night, so it doesn't wake up like before.

✨ The feeling of "cool head" all night. This one was felt from the first night.

✨ wake up and it's open, not just "wake up," but a real break.

I'm not saying it's a life-changing pillow. 😅

Just feel that...It's not because of little sleep, it's because the body never really gets "deep rest."

Who regularly wakes up exhausted, notice if we were "hot" that night. 💭

📌 Save it for bedtime tonight.

💬 Who's the sleeper team since waking up? 🙋
