These No-Bake Cosmic Brownies are every bit as fudgy and nostalgic as the ones from your childhood just way more wholesome!

Made with simple ingredients and topped with those iconic rainbow chips, they’re perfect for a sweet snack or healthy treat!

* 2 cups raw unsalted walnuts

* 2 cups packed pitted medjool dates

* 1/2 cup cocoa powder

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* pinch of salt

* Melted chocolate

* Rainbow chocolate chips

Blend in a food processor, press into an 8x8 inch pan, add melted chocolate and sprinkles, set in the fridge or freezer, cut into squares. Store in the fridge
