He was Building Me!
There was a time when I wondered if anything I was doing would matter.
The prayers.
The Bible studies.
The long nights.
The setbacks.
The moments I wanted to quit.
Looking back, I realize God wasn’t just building the work.
He was building me.
If you’re in a season where you don’t see much happening, don’t give up. God often does His deepest work where no one else can see it.
Keep praying.
Keep trusting.
Keep showing up.
One day you’ll look back and realize He was preparing you all along.

During difficult periods when progress seems invisible, it's easy to feel discouraged and question if our efforts truly matter. I've personally experienced seasons where my prayers felt unanswered, and the long nights teaching or studying the Bible seemed fruitless. Yet, these moments taught me a vital lesson: that God’s work is not only about external achievements but about the transformation happening within me. Faith requires patience and perseverance especially when immediate results aren’t visible. Much like Hebrews 12:1-2 encourages us to run with endurance the race set before us, focusing on Jesus as our example, we learn to trust that growth—spiritual or personal—is often a quiet, internal process. From my own journey, continuing to pray, engaging deeply in Bible studies, and showing up persistently—even when exhaustion and setbacks arise—has built a foundation of strength and hope. These unseen efforts prepared me for greater challenges and blessings ahead. If you’re currently in a season of waiting or feeling stuck, remember that God’s building is happening beneath the surface. Each moment of trust, each prayer, and every step forward contributes to a stronger, wiser you. Keep believing that your faith is shaping your character and destiny, even when it seems invisible to others. Ultimately, embracing this perspective helped me find peace amid uncertainty.
