It is funny how since I started doing that,

You can see from my page where My views are being suppressed, as the posts that get less than 100 views are being suppressed covertly. Our abusers want us trapped in their little groups hoping that only they can see our posts. I am going to start blocking people who view my content without reacting as well to eliminate those people as anyone who sees my content and doesn't interact with it isn't my target audience. the people I want to interact with my content are the people who interact with it. as the people who interact with my content are getting something out of it, by eliminating the people who do not interact with my content it ensures I reach more people that will possibly be able to benefit from it. This technique not only ensures that only people who benefit from my content get access to it, it's also a deterrent for those who view my content just to suppress it. Our abusers need us to know they are there, that is part of the abuse. so by ensuring they are blocked while it may inevitably end up with some people being blocked who aren't my abusers, it ensures only those who engage with my content keep access to my page. This technique not only helps increase engagement, but also makes sure anyone lurking on my page gets blocked. you don't have to do that bottom-up method of interaction, or any of the other BS methods to get rid of people putting you under suppression. the bottom up method was designed by abusers to spot people who are following those methods in order to keep them suppressed. if I have shown anything recently it is that if you are being suppressed, it is because of people who are seeking out your content just to suppress it. bots can easily do the bottom up method, but notice how none of the bots are being trained to do that. our abusers do not want us to be able to help anyone, that's why they designed all these fake methods of getting out of Shadow bans that never work. you should be getting between 150 to 300 views on average on each of your posts if you are not being suppressed.

... Read moreFrom my own experience struggling with content suppression on social platforms, I've found a surprisingly effective strategy is to block users who view my posts without any interaction. In my journey, I noticed a pattern where some viewers seemed to lurk silently, neither liking nor commenting, and their presence coincided with lower overall visibility of my content. This piqued my suspicion that some of these silent viewers might be bots or malicious actors aiming to suppress content by simply watching and possibly reporting posts without engaging positively. Implementing a blocker for these silent watchers has helped me in two key ways. First, it filters the audience to those who genuinely engage with my content, thus improving the quality of interactions and creating a more supportive community. Secondly, this practice discourages the so-called 'bottom-up' suppression tactics used by abusers or shadow banning algorithms. Instead of blindly following complicated and often ineffective anti-suppression tactics, this method directly targets and eliminates the source of covert suppression. Moreover, blocking silent viewers reduces the chances that abusers get notified of my content, which aligns with the psychological aspect of abuse where abusers want their presence known as a form of control. By cutting them off, I regain control over who can access and interact with my posts, making the platform safer and more enjoyable for me. This method isn’t perfect; there is a risk of excluding some genuine but passive followers unintentionally. However, given that the goal is to cultivate an audience that truly benefits from and contributes to my content, it’s a worthwhile trade-off. Over time, I’ve noticed a steady increase in authentic engagements and average views crossing the 150 to 300 mark, which indicates reduced suppression. In summary, if you feel your content is being shadow banned or suppressed, consider monitoring and managing who views your posts. Prioritize engagements from active participants, and don’t hesitate to block silent watchers who may be sabotaging your reach. This user-driven tactic is grounded in genuine interaction and has helped me reclaim my content’s visibility and impact.
