●Citrus Salmon with Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

- 2 salmon fillets

- 1 lemon (juice and zest)

- 1 orange (juice and zest)

- 3 tbsp butter

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Preheat a pan on medium heat and add a little olive oil.

2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Cook the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until done.

4. Remove the salmon and set aside. In the same pan, add butter, garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, and lemon zest. Stir until the butter melts, and the sauce thickens slightly.

5. Pour the butter sauce over the salmon before serving.

●Garlic Mashed Potatoes

(You can also just grab some instant potatoes)

Ingredients:

- 4 medium potatoes (peeled and chopped)

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- 2 tbsp butter

- ¼ cup milk or heavy cream

- Salt and pepper + more to taste

Instructions:

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft (about 15-20 minutes).

2. Drain the potatoes, add butter, garlic, and milk.

3. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

●Grilled Ginger Asparagus

Ingredients:

- 1 bunch of asparagus (trimmed)

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Salt,ginger, and pepper to taste

- 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill.

2. Toss the asparagus in olive oil, garlic, salt, ginger paste, and pepper.

3. Grill the asparagus for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender with slight char marks.
