Based on the ingredients given – Blue spirulina powder, Vanilla protein powder, Mango, Banana, Almond butter, Agave, and Almond milk (or Any plant-based milk) – one serving of my Jazzy Blue Smoothie comes in at approximately 400-450 calories. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate! The exact calorie content can vary slightly depending on the specific brands of protein powder, almond butter, and milk you choose, as well as the precise size of your mango and banana. For instance, unsweetened almond milk has fewer calories than sweetened varieties, and a larger mango will naturally add more calories than a smaller one. Let's dive a little deeper into why these ingredients make this smoothie such a powerhouse. The star ingredient, Blue spirulina, isn't just for that mesmerizing color!
