Why is doing nothing hard to do?
Sometimes the best thing for my mental health isn’t journaling or meditating… it’s simply doing nothing. No pressure to be productive, no guilt about resting.
It’s uncomfortable at first, but it’s healing. Can you actually sit with stillness, or does it make you restless?
