Girl this was SO hard for me to do, I’m someone who constantly has 2+jobs since I was 18, doing nothing stresses me out so bad 😭I get restless. Doing yoga really helped with that, especially at the end of my yoga sessions where we lie down and do nothing for 5 mins was a big struggle at the beginning but has gotten better since 🤗I’m working on being bored and doing nothing as well as resting, sounds silly but it’s actually so hard when you’re always on go mode
