Just how we need to eat to survive, we need the word of God daily to survive spiritually. As for me, I can tell a big difference when I skip a day or more of not reading. I start feeling distant and less sensitive to the Holy Spirit. My attitude changes and my actions as well. Just like how we get when we miss a meal. We get hangry! Lol But in all honesty, I cannot stand it one bit. I know I’m not the only one who struggles to read everyday. We can get so caught up with life or just so distracted. I want to change that. If you’re seeing this, and you’re like me, take this as your sign to get in the word of God. Let’s make it a habit for the rest of 2024 & prioritize our relationship with God as we enter the new year! It’s time to reset! We got this!
