GUT HEALTHY DRINKS! 🍋✨

Here are some drinks I like to incorporate in my routine that help support a healthy gut!

1: apple cider vinegar ~ ACV is a great source of probiotics. I add 1 tbsp to some water and have it with lemon first thing in the morning

2: kombucha ~ this is also high in probiotics, and makes a great substitute. I like having this with my lunch and it’s also low calorie and comes in so many flavors!

3: lemon ginger shots ~ lemon and ginger aid in digestion, turmeric is great for reducing inflammation and apple cider vinegar is a great source of probiotics!

4: green tea ~ green tea has antioxidants that help aid in digestion

other teas I like for gut health: peppermint, ginger, chamomile, oolong

5: 1st phorm greens powder ~ I add in one scoop to some water on days where I feel like I’m lacking on my veggies intake
