Here are simple detox swaps you can apply to your daily routine to help detox your mind, body and soul!

1: instead of day drinking or going out for bottomless mimosas, get a group of friends together and enjoy an outdoor activity! (ex: bike riding, volleyball, pilates, pickleball, etc)

2: if you’re in a time crunch and are reaching for fast food, go to your closest grocery store and opt for a salad kit and sparkling water!

3: instead of drinking soda, which is high in sugar and calories, reach for a kombucha. Not only is it great for your gut heath, it’s also low calorie and tastes amazing

4: instead of late night scrolling on social media, spend a few minutes before bed reading. This will help prepare your body for a good night’s sleep

5: instead of complaining or speaking negative things, shift your mindset by gong on an outdoor walk, meditate or say a prayer!
