💪 Why play every bundle, not just part of the focus?
Weight training is not just about "beautiful," but about building, balancing the body and preventing long-term injuries.
Push-Pull Balance
The body must balance, i.e. play chest (push), must play back (pull), otherwise the front muscles are strained, the back weak → wrapped shoulder, the humpback.
Core Stool
The lower abdomen-back is the lock in the middle of the body. If you don't practice, when playing heavy moves like Squat / Deadlift, it's easy to hurt your back.
Upper-Lower Symmetry
If you play only the top, the legs are not balanced, the body is really lacking in propulsion. (Leg day not only has a meme to tease, but it is really necessary)
Functional Strength
All muscles need to work together, such as when carrying a child up a ladder → not just arm or back muscles, but the concurrency of the whole body.
👉 So playing every bundle is not just for "proportionality," but to make the body strong, practical, reduce pain and stand long distances.
