btw i’m still lazy lol but understanding why is the first step!!! 😝🫵

... Read moreI've struggled with laziness for a long time, so I understand how tough it can be to make that first move toward change. One insight that really helped me was realizing laziness often stems from our brain's natural survival instincts. It tries to conserve energy by default, choosing the easiest path to get a task done or even avoid it altogether. This happens because our minds are trained to be efficient and avoid unnecessary work, which can feel like doing nothing or procrastinating. What helped me break out of this cycle was reframing how I viewed tasks — instead of seeing them as overwhelming chores, I started treating them as challenges to negotiate with myself. For example, I gave myself permission to do a task for just 5 minutes, knowing that often starting is the hardest part. Once I began, I found it easier to keep going because I didn’t expect perfection from the outset. Another strategy that worked was focusing on fulfillment rather than just survival. When I shifted my mindset to feel contented with small accomplishments throughout the day, laziness lost its grip. It’s not about stopping laziness forever but understanding that it’s natural and that doing something—even a little—can lead to positive momentum. In practice, this means accepting that feeling lazy sometimes is part of being human. Instead of fighting it, acknowledge why your brain is choosing that path and gently steer yourself toward action. Over time, this approach builds resilience and rewires your mind to be more proactive, which has made a big difference in my daily productivity and overall happiness.

HOW TO SPOT THE DIFFERENCE BTW REAL/FAKE OWALA 🤔✅
I recently bought an Owala from Shopee. Its strong reviews and authentic feel made it seem like the bottle was legit. But I still fell victim to a scam when I compared it to my old, real bottle. ‼️Take note of these differences and only buy from the official Owala store to avoid getting scammed

is it bc you're lazy? or no money..?
primarily, all of us know the importance of having enough money. it is survivability after all. not all of us find it easy to stick to the principles of saving and investing diligently though. yet, it is a complete game changer towards building wealth. my habit of investing just $10/day from 3 y
