Lotus root 200 g
1 / 2 carrot
130g of konjac
Pork top meat 100g
sugar tablespoon 2
40 ml of soy sauce
15 ml sake
10 ml mirin
White sesame seeds
Sesame oil tablespoon 1
- Yeah.
① Peel the lotus root, cut it in half lengthwise and slice it thinly. Peel the carrot and slice it thinly in half a month. Drain the konnyaku and cut it into easy-to-eat lengths.
② After cutting the lotus root, expose it to water.
③ Heat a frying pan with sesame oil over medium heat and fry the pork top.
④ When the color of the pork is about half changed, add lotus root, carrot and konnyaku and fry for about 5 minutes until tender.
⑤ When it becomes soft, add sake, sugar, soy sauce and mirin and simmer until the juice disappears. Serve in a bowl and top with white sesame seeds if you like.
