Whole Wheat and Olive Oil Chocolate Scone

Ingredients (6-8 pieces)
• Cake flour... 100g
Whole wheat flour... 100g
• Baking powder... 2 tsp
• Sugar: 2 tablespoons (if the sweetness is modest, 1 tablespoon)
• A pinch of salt
• Olive oil... 40 ml
Milk or soy milk: 100 to 120 ml (depending on the consistency of the dough)
Chocolate: 50-70g (chocolate bar or chocolate chips)
How to make
1. Mix flour (cake flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, sugar and salt) in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil and mix until breadcrumbs form.
Add milk little by little and mix until the dough comes together.
If it gets sticky, add a little powder
4. Add chocolate and mix roughly.
5. Roll out to a thickness of 2 to 3 cm and cut with a mold or a kitchen knife.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 15-20 minutes.
