「職人の珈琲 ミルクと愉しむ」みたいに“ミルク前提”のインスタントって、甘さ・コク・溶けやすさのバランスが気になりますよね。私は普段ブラック派なんですが、家でコーヒー牛乳っぽい味をサッと作りたい日があって、UCCのミルクコーヒー（袋180g／スティック5P）を選びました。カフェインレスなので、時間帯をあまり気にせず飲めるのがまず安心ポイントでした。 私の作り方はシンプルで、冷たい牛乳（150〜200mlくらい）に粉を入れて、先に少量の牛乳でしっかり溶かしてから残りを足す方法。いきなり満量の牛乳に入れるよりダマになりにくくておすすめです。パッケージにも「冷たい牛乳にも溶ける」と書いてある通り、混ぜればちゃんと馴染みました。忙しい朝や、子どもと一緒に飲み物を用意する時もラク。 気になる「コーヒー牛乳 カフェイン」の話ですが、コーヒー牛乳は商品によってカフェイン量が変わるので、夜や体質的に控えたい人は“カフェインレス”表記があるものを選ぶと失敗しにくいです。私も夕方以降にコーヒー感が欲しい時に、カフェインを気にしなくていいのが助かりました。 味の方向性は、ミルクと合わせる前提のやさしいコク寄り。ガツンとした苦味を求める人には物足りないかもですが、ミルクで割ってコーヒー牛乳風にしたい人にはちょうどよかったです。甘さを足したい時は、はちみつを小さじ1/2だけ入れると一気に“ご褒美感”が出ます。 あと地味に嬉しいのが、鉄とカルシウム入りなところ。栄養目的で飲むというより「ついでに摂れる」感覚ですが、粉末飲料を選ぶ理由としては十分でした。袋タイプは好みの濃さに調整しやすく、スティックは計量いらずで外出先や職場にも持っていきやすいので、用途で使い分けるのが便利だと思います。
