WHAT TO EAT
I work third shift and normally pretty hungry when I get home but to tired to cook or make anything really. So I started doing overnight oats. 1 Cup oats 1 Cup of milk 3 Tbsp peanut butter powder 2 Tbsp chi seeds 2 Tbsp honey An about 3 to 4 strawberries cut up. It does come out thick
