Let’s learn: Types of brushes 🎨

Obviously there are way too many brushes that exist today.

☁️Brushes for specific mediums like oil colors or watercolors,Or brushes that are versatile.

☁️Brushes made of synthetic fibre to natural hair of animals.

But I can only share the knowledge I have(seems right)

So sharing with you a set of brushes I use frequently:

1️⃣Mop Brushes: (they work like a mop) Specifically for watercolors, they are super soft and hold a lot of water and colors, this also means that its not for fine details or clean lines, its more of bigger backgrounds, or blending.

2️⃣Taklon Brushes: Taklon is a type of fibre used for brush so its basically names after the hair type and not the purpose. I have flat brushes to round ones in this series.

3️⃣Fine Brushes: Again, named after the use, fine brushes are of various type that I am also learning about now only.

I think I’ll share with you shortly how fine details brushes are also for different use cases

As I go further in my research.

Fine brushes, essential for precise detailing, come in various sizes and lengths, making them a necessity for intricate work such as outlining and calligraphy. This article will guide you through choosing the right brushes for your artistic endeavors, enhancing your painting skills and expanding your creative expression.
