Reset So You Don’t BURN OUT!
Taking breaks has been a game-changer for me, especially during winter! I make sure to schedule downtime just for myself, no studying allowed. Knowing I’ve set aside guilt-free time to relax makes it so much easier to actually enjoy it. Winter break is also my favorite time to dive into hobbies I’ve been putting off, like baking something delicious, doodling, or starting a creative project. It’s such a nice way to recharge!
To stay balanced, I keep study sessions super short, just 30 minutes a day, to stay sharp without overwhelming myself. It makes easing back into study mode after break so much smoother.
