First, you Preview by skimming through to get the main idea. Then, you Question by thinking of things you’re curious about or want to understand. After that, you Read the material, Reflect on how it connects to what you already know, Recite it in your own words, and finally Review to make sure it all sticks. It’s a solid way to study without feeling like you’re just memorizing stuff.
