Hydration shouldn't be overlooked either, especially when engaging in intensive training. Beyond the physical, respecting your body means giving it time to recuperate. Adequate sleep and rest days are essential for muscle repair and overall well-being. Personally, I find that integrating mindfulness practices such as meditation or deep breathing after workouts helps me stay connected to my body's needs and reduces stress.
