Basics

Been a long 9 months but finally my body is feeling up to training. Work has slowed down a bit freeing up my schedule which I am happy about. I also cut my caffeine intake down by a large margin I’m almost 2 months no energy drinks and stim free pre workout. Now time to start reintroducing intermit
