If you’re trying to glow up in 30 days, start with your feet! A simple foot soak can do wonders for both your body and mind, setting the foundation for a full self-care routine.

In my footbath, I’m using Epsom salt, Dr. Bronner’s peppermint soap, and a soothing milk & honey salt blend. Soaking my feet every two weeks helps me unwind, but it’s also a great way to kickstart your wellness journey.

Here are some medically proven benefits of soaking your feet:

1. Relieves Stress: Foot soaks, especially with Epsom salt, help relax the muscles and reduce tension, which can positively affect your whole body.
