Healthy Homemade Nutter Butter Cookies (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Indulge in the creamy, crunchy goodness of these Healthy Homemade Nutter Butter Cookies. They are made with clean, wholesome ingredients to satisfying your cravings without compromising your dietary goals 🙌

👩🏻‍🍳INGREDIENTS:

For the Cookies:

👉1/3 cup peanut butter

👉1 cup almond flour

👉1/4 cup maple syrup

👉1/2 teaspoon salt (if your peanut butter is unsalted)

For the Filling:

👉2 tablespoons peanut butter

👉1 tablespoon maple syrup

👩🏻‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix all of the cookie ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.

3. Roll cookie dough out into 28 balls. Smash slightly. Place the cookie dough balls in pairs (touching - slightly mash them together to stick) on your baking sheet.

4. Gently press down on the cookie dough balls with a fork to create a # pattern in the dough.

5. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Cool completely!! This is important or they will break easily.

6. Mix together the peanut butter filling. Spread onto each cookie then create your cookie sandwiches by pressing 2 cookies together. Immediately dig in!
