Pudding de chia « Creamsicle » 🍊

Donne 3-4 portions

15g de protéines, 300 calories par portions (pour 4)

- 1 1/2 tasse de yogourt grec

- 1/2 tasse de crème de coco

- 1 tasse de jus d’orange (de préférence fraîchement pressé)

- Le zeste de 2 oranges

- 3 cuillère à soupe de sirop d’érable

- 1 cuillère à thé d’extrait de vanille

- 1 scoop de protéine à la vanille

- 1/2 tasse de graines de chia

- 3-4 clémentines sans noyaux coupées en morceaux

- Le zeste des clémentines pour garnir

1. Dans un bol, mélangez bien tous les ingrédients sauf le jus d’orange et les graines de chia. Réserver environ 1/4 de tasse du mélange (pour garnir les verrines)

2. Ajouter ensuite les graines de chia et le jus d’orange, bien mélanger et déposer au réfrigérateur au minimum 2h pour faire gonfler les graines de chia.

3. Pour le montage, déposer du mélange de chia, des morceaux de clémentines, plus de mélanges de chia.

4. Et finalement une cuillère du mélange crémeux sur le dessus et un peu de zeste des clémentines !
