Chia pudding is one of my favorite go-to recipes for a quick, healthy treat or breakfast. What I love most about this raspberry chia pudding parfait is how versatile it is—you can easily switch up the fruit or yogurt to fit your taste or diet preferences. Using oat milk adds a naturally sweet and creamy base, which blends beautifully with fresh raspberries for a vibrant flavor. One tip I always follow is to blend the raspberries into the oat milk first, as it distributes the fruit flavor evenly throughout the pudding. After mixing in the yogurt and chia seeds, make sure to stir again after a few minutes to prevent any clumps from forming. This step makes a huge difference in the final texture. I like to let the pudding chill overnight in the fridge whenever possible, especially if I make it the night before—it thickens perfectly and develops deeper flavors. When assembling the parfaits, layering the pudding with vanilla yogurt and fresh fruit adds a lovely contrast in texture and taste that keeps every bite interesting. For additional toppings, I sometimes add nuts like almonds or walnuts for crunch, or a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness. This chia pudding is also packed with fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants from the raspberries, making it a nutritious option to fuel your day. If you’re experimenting with this recipe, try using mixed berries or even mango for a tropical twist. This recipe is a great base and really encourages creativity with flavors and toppings. Overall, it’s a delicious, natural, and fuss-free way to enjoy a healthy dessert or breakfast that I keep coming back to.
