BUTTER SWIM BISCUITS 🤤

Dry Ingredients:

- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

- 4 teaspoons baking powder

- 4 teaspoons sugar

- 2 teaspoons salt

Wet Ingrediants:

- 1/2 cup butter, melted

- 2 cups butter milk

I melted the butter in the preheating oven at 450 degrees. Mix all your dry ingredients first.

Slowly add in buttermilk. Add dough to melted butter dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. I did 30 but next time I will try 25. The outside was a little crunchy. SO EASY. SO YUMMY.

Save for later ✨🤤

... Read moreButter Swim Biscuits are a delightful twist on classic biscuits that are known for their rich buttery flavor and soft texture. To make these biscuits, start by combining dry ingredients such as 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 4 teaspoons of baking powder, 4 teaspoons of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of salt. The melting step is crucial; you melt 1/2 cup of butter in a baking dish in a preheated oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The buttermilk, which is added gradually to the dry mix, helps create a moist dough before it’s poured into the melted butter. Baking for 25 to 30 minutes, you will achieve an irresistible contrast of crunchiness on the outside and fluffiness inside. These biscuits are not only easy to make but also perfect for pairing with soups or enjoying with a touch of jam. If you're looking for a hearty addition to your dinner table, Butter Swim Biscuits are sure to impress! Try experimenting with different spices or herbs to elevate their flavor, or serve them alongside a warm bowl of chili for a comforting meal.
