Bully Spanish Steakhouse inside Eurostars St Gregory is actually a whole vibe 👀
The service? 10/10
The space? Beautiful
The food? Almost perfect (except the salmon… I said what I said 😭) #DCEats #RestaurantReview #DCSpots #FoodTok
During my recent visit to Bully Spanish Steakhouse at the St Gregory Hotel, I was struck by how the restaurant manages to create an inviting and energetic ambiance that truly complements its Spanish-inspired menu. The waitstaff stood out with their detailed explanations of the dishes, adding a personal touch that made the dining experience memorable. One highlight was the authentic flavors infused in their saffron rice paired with giant beans and arugula, a dish that strikes a perfect balance between traditional Spanish ingredients and fresh, vibrant flavors. The Patas Bravas, a Spanish tapas staple, stood out for its crispy texture and well-seasoned sauce, making it an ideal starter. The décor blends luxury with warmth, making the space feel both upscale and comfortable. Whether you're there for a brunch with classic offerings like flat whites and avocado toast or a sophisticated dinner, the environment adapts perfectly. Although the salmon dish didn’t meet my expectations, it’s clear the kitchen excels in preparing most other offerings. Also, the inclusion of specialty items like spinach and chorizo pepper suflé and the breakfast options such as two eggs any style, bacon or sausage, highlights their diverse menu. Overall, Bully Spanish Steakhouse is a shining culinary spot in DC, particularly during summer when its vibrant energy lifts your spirits along with the delicious food. I highly recommend reserving a table here, especially for those looking to explore Spanish flavors in a welcoming and stylish setting.
