Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars 🥜🍫

Recipe | Easy Vegan Snack Idea

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1/4 cup peanut butter powder

- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup (or regular)

- 1/4 cup almond milk

- 1/2 cup almond flour

- 1/2 cup @drinkhappyviking vegan chocolate protein powder (Use code: TINAEATS for 20% off)

- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/4 cup dark sugar-free chocolate chips

- Sea salt

For Chocolate Coating:

- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

- 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter powder, maple syrup, and almond milk. Whisk until smooth.

2. Fold in almond flour, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa powder until a sticky dough forms.

3. Transfer the dough to a rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper, spreading it into an even layer.

4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour over the dough, spreading evenly, and sprinkle with sea salt.

5. Freeze the bars for 15 minutes, then slice into 6 bars. Store leftovers in the fridge for a convenient grab-and-go snack.
