What is YOUR oral hygiene routine?

I recently saw a Tiktok of a dental hygienist showing her morning dental routine. I as shocked to see her proceed to get into … oil pulling, water flossing, mouthwash, tongue scraper, electric toothbrush THEN a do over with a soft bristled manual brush. This is all just in the MORNING.

It got me thinking, as a dentist, I brush twice a day with my $3 toothbrush and tape floss every second day … if I remember to 🙃 I never use mouthwash and I really don’t enjoy electric toothbrushes.

What is everyone else’s daily routine?! Is it just me that thinks the hygienist’s routine was just straight overkill?

First thing I do is do my shower, than I brush my teeth with hello toothpaste, and wash my face with sensitive teen care, finally I put coconut oil on my face to give it that shine!
