Speaking kindly to myself was a game-changer. Instead of criticizing every setback, I reminded myself that great things take time and every step counts. Patience and trust in the process became my mantras. Celebrating small wins—like lifting a heavier weight or choosing nourishing foods—kept me motivated and proud of how far I’d come. This mindset shift made the physical journey more enjoyable and sustainable. One phrase that stuck with me is: "You can’t build a strong body with a mindset that’s constantly tearing you down." I invite you to focus on those positive affirmations and trust that consistent effort and self-kindness will lead to meaningful results. Remember, strong mind, strong body, strong you.
