Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake

Underneath there is a cheesecake topped with strawberry filling. I crushed oreo cookies and blended it with strawberry jello powder and butter to get the famous crunch bits everyone loves. Plain Cheesecake for a birthday

I made this ordinary plain cheesecake for someone who asked for special decorations for their daughter's birthday. he wanted me to use my imagination. This is what I came up with. I topped it with homemade buttercream and the roses are Strawberries and creme flavored candy wafers that I melted

Cookie and brownie platter

Included in this large tray is a full tray of brownie bites, Bailey's cookies, Lemon blueberry cookies with a white chocolate drizzle and my chocolate covered strawberry cookies. This one was an interesting mix of flavors but a big hit. I enjoy putting these platters together for customers!

As promised! Strawberry Crunch Cinnamon Rolls 2.0

Here is the finished product! I topped this with Strawberry cream cheese icing. I used strawberry filling and added it to my base cream cheese frosting. Sprinkled some of my leftover strawberry crunch bits on top for the final touches! You can never go wrong with extra crunch! #emergingcreator
