After My Tendonitis Got Better💕
After My Tendonitis Got Better, My Wrist Finally Stopped Demanding Attention Every Day!👌
Honestly, after my tendonitis got better, I realized how much it used to bother me.💥
It wasn’t the kind of pain that made me scream, but it had a way of showing up at the worst possible times. The moment I wanted to type properly, it would start aching. 😷When I tried to open a bottle, it would hurt. When I just wanted to scroll on my phone for a while, it would start feeling tight again.❌
The biggest change I noticed after dealing with it for years was that my hand became extremely “cautious.” 😣Before, I would just pick things up normally. Later, even holding a cup, I had to test the angle first.😖 I wasn’t exaggerating — I was just afraid that sudden pain would shoot through my wrist again. That feeling was so annoying that I couldn’t help but shake my hand to try to relieve it.🙏🏻
Huayilang Patch was something I found myself while browsing Amazon later on. 💖It wasn’t some dramatic moment. My wrist was hurting again that day, and while rubbing it, I searched online and saw that it was a medicated patch, not just a regular patch. So I bought three boxes. ✊🏻
When I ordered it, I was thinking: “Alright, I’ll give this one more try.”✅
The first time I used it, I was pretty careful. I rotated my wrist a few times first and found the area that felt the most sore and painful. ⭐
After applying it, the tight feeling inside my wrist slowly eased a little. It didn’t feel like my wrist was constantly being pulled anymore. I can’t explain it in some professional way, but my own hand could tell — it really felt better.🤗
The biggest difference was the next day when I used my computer.‼️
Before, by the afternoon, using the mouse would make my wrist feel more and more stiff, like there was a small tight spot stuck inside.💥
That day, by the end of the day, it was only a little tired. I didn’t have that painful feeling that kept getting worse the more I used it. 🎉That’s when I put the rest of the patches away in my drawer and decided not to give up halfway this time.💕
After that, I used it when my wrist hurt, rested when it felt tired, and stopped holding my phone with one hand for too long. 💖
After finishing one box, the soreness and swelling feeling in my wrist had reduced a lot, and moving my thumb didn’t feel as uncomfortable. 🥰
Later, after consistently using three boxes, I suddenly realized I hadn’t shaken my wrist in a long time. That’s when I noticed it had finally calmed down.✨
Now it doesn’t bother me anymore. Typing, opening bottles, picking up packages — everything is fine. 🙏🏻
The best part is that I no longer have my wrist reminding me every day, “You still have tendonitis.” For other people, this might seem like a small thing, but for me, it feels like I finally removed an annoying background app running all the time.💫
