・ Tomatoes... 2 pieces
2 eggs.

▲ Water... 2 teaspoons

[How to make]
① Remove the stem of the tomato and cut it into eight pieces
② Add ▲ to the egg and mix
③ Take out the egg when it is soft-boiled over low heat
④ Add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the salted tomatoes.
⑤ Turn off the fire when the shape remains and it becomes juicy
⑥ Put the eggs back in immediately and toss lightly
⑦ Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper if you like!
