Slow Butter Hottest Shop Now (Siam Paragon Branch) 🥐🧈✨

No matter what app you play, you have to see it through your eyes. You can't see it at Slow Butter. We used to walk through the shop at the head of the speaker, but I bought it because it was exhausted. When I knew that he was opening here, I was very happy. We stopped to run errands at Siam Paragon, so I didn't miss buying it!

The bake shop is fresh and does not limit the number of purchases. Read that the shop uses fermented butter from Denmark, including flour, it takes 4 days to ferment. Very interesting.

We bought two flavors: Plain Croissant (90 ฿) and Tebirkes (115 ฿). We have to say that the dough is crunchy, fragrant, and the taste is multi-dimensional. The croissant is hollow, and the Tebirkes inside are crushed almond, orange skin, a little sweet. The top with poppy seeds has a crunchy texture. Personally, I like both of them. I secretly impressed Tebirkes because I had never eaten them before.

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “Slow Butter Siam Paragon” (บางคนอาจพิมพ์ว่า slow better) บอกเลยว่าพอเห็นตู้โชว์แล้วเข้าใจทันทีว่าทำไมคนต่อคิวค่ะ ร้านเป็น pop-up อยู่สยามพารากอนชั้น G โซนข้างๆ Coffee Bean เดินหาไม่ยาก กลิ่นหอมเนยลอยมาแต่ไกลแบบในรูปเลย แนว “Looking for this buttery smell? You found it!” ของจริงมาก สิ่งที่เราชอบคือเขาอบสดใหม่เรื่อยๆ เห็นมีขนมเข้าเตา/ออกเตาตลอด ทำให้ครัวซองต์ที่ได้ยังกรอบฟู ไม่ชื้น และชั้นแป้งแยกตัวสวย เวลาแกะหรือหักจะเห็นโพรงด้านในชัดๆ ใครชอบครัวซองต์สายกรอบนอกนุ่มใน น่าจะถูกใจ เมนูในตู้โชว์วันที่เราไปนอกจาก Plain Croissant กับ Tebirkes ยังเห็น Pain au Chocolat, Vanilla Danish, Ham Cheese Croissant และ BMO (เมนูจะวนๆ ตามรอบอบ) ถ้าไปครั้งแรก เราว่าเริ่มจาก 2 ชิ้นนี้กำลังดี: - Plain Croissant: เหมาะกับคนอยากชิม “แป้งและเนย” แบบเพียวๆ รสจะไม่หวาน กินเดี่ยวๆ ก็เพลิน หรือจะซื้อกาแฟ/ชามาช่วยตัดก็เข้ากัน - Tebirkes: อันนี้เป็นชิ้นที่เราเชียร์สุด เพราะได้เท็กซ์เจอร์จากเมล็ดป๊อปปี้ด้านบน แล้วข้างในเป็นไส้อัลมอนด์บดผิวส้ม หอมหวานนิดๆ กินแล้วไม่เลี่ยน ทริคเล็กๆ ถ้าไม่อยากเจอคนแน่น: ลองไปช่วงเปิดร้านใหม่ๆ หรือช่วงบ่ายต้นๆ วันธรรมดา จะเลือกเมนูได้สบายกว่า ช่วงเย็นหลังเลิกงานคนจะเยอะขึ้น และบางเมนูอาจหมดเป็นรอบๆ (แต่มีอบเติมค่ะ) การเก็บ/อุ่นให้กลับมากรอบ: ถ้าซื้อกลับบ้านแล้วอยากให้กรอบเหมือนตอนซื้อ แนะนำอุ่นเตาอบ/หม้ออบลมร้อนประมาณ 160-170°C สัก 3-5 นาที (คอยดูหน้าไม่ให้เข้มเกิน) จะช่วยให้ชั้นแป้งกลับมากรอบหอมอีกครั้ง สรุปสำหรับคนเสิร์ชหา slowbutter paragon: พิกัดชัด เดินง่าย เมนูน่าลองหลายตัว โดยเฉพาะครัวซองต์และ Tebirkes ใครเป็นสายขนมอบเนยๆ แนะนำให้แวะตอนมาเดินสยามพารากอนเลยค่ะ
